These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand, for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services.

2. Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services:

• The parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations
• If negotiations do not result in resolution within thirty days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution
• Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English or Thai as appropriate under Thai law
• The prevailing party in any legal action may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs

3. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.

4. Waiver

No waiver by Prasat Clean of any term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

5. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or any rights granted hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms and Conditions will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Modification Policy

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

For existing service clients, we will provide additional notice of material changes that affect their current service agreements. Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.
